Actor, Paul walker, died in a car crash Nov. 2013. Fans of the Fast and Furious star are still mourning the loss. His 16-year-old daughter is among those who are still suffering from his death. His daughter has filed a wrongful death lawsuit.

Walker died in a single car crash when the driver of the Porshe where he was a passenger, lost control of the vehicle. The 2005 Porshe Carrera GT crashed into a tree. The sports car burst into flames that ultimately killed the two men in the car. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department ruled that the crash was due to excessive speed.

Unlike the sheriff’s report, the lawsuit alleges that mechanical failure was the true cause of the car accident. The lawsuit alleges that this Porshe model lacked appropriate safety features that could have prevented the accident or prevent the accident from turning fatal.
